[Resolved] Renault — tight steering wheel. | |||||
I have bought renault duster diesel 85bhp car in the month of may in year 2014, my car has done 49, 619kms and i am very happy with the performance of the car. Since last few days the steering wheel is tight and i feel like i am driving a heavy truck, specially when i am taking reverse it is too tight. I recently took it to trident renault service station at mysore road (R r nagar) my service adviser calls me this morning and says the steering wheel rack has worn out and it needs to be replaced at a whopping cost of inr 38k. I am an hardcore fan of reanult duster however this is very disappointing to know about this at less than 50k kms. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Renault Co. Silently replacing faulty acceleration pad & sensor. They should proactively call all customers & replace the faulty parts. Such a big brand considering India market as granted & producing such a inferior quality product & our Indian management people supporting these wrong things. What a shame. Suggestion Legal action should require.
