I am writing to complaint about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from your service center, vapi from last 2 years.
I dropped my car kwid DD03K2102 at service center, vapi for inspection and maintenance. Upon receiving the car, I noticed that your team failed to rectify one of the car problems I have earlier reported - water leakage from the bottom of the left side of the driver seat. Not only that, there was a weird sound coming every time I stepped on the brake. For this leakage issue i have reach out to service center for 4 times and each time they charged for same things which was not fixed.
Previously i dropped my car for leakage issue and they gave me reason for that is the blockage. And when they call me to pickup my car they told the issue is resolved and they charged some amount (not remind exactly). And after some time my front glass was broken due to some reason and i have dropped my car for replacement of glass in insurance at renault service center, vapi. They changed glass and charged some amount and told me due to only some % and some parts are coved in insurance you must need to pay this amount. I paid and that time my glass was fixed by renault service center, vapi.
And on 2nd july 2022 i dropped my car for leakage issue, and they told me that ‘ok, we will find it and will resolved by Monday’. And today again they told me over the call - due to unproper fixation of glass this leakage is happen and you need to pay 1500+ rs for that as well.
I wonder if this is standard practice at your shops or this is the usual feedback that you receive from your customers. I find what happened to be unacceptable at all scales and request from you to repair my vehicle properly, and this time without cost.
I hope that will be able to find a satisfactory solution very fast instead of deceiving your customers. Was this information helpful? |
