Since the 1st week of November I have been following up for my refund of Rs.1770/- but all my attempts have failed as Rentomojo is clearly not ready to give it back.
Everytime I speak to a new Customer care executive they tell me a new story and surprisingly no one is aware of my past conversations with others. I really need help for an action to be taken against them as I do not want others to go through this pain. Was this information helpful? |
