Repco Home Finance — Home loan PMAY processing not transparent and not shared the PMAY assessment id

Hi, we have an existing loan with repco home finance.

But more than 2 year we didn't receive neither PMAy status nor assessment id.

When we tried reaching chennai PMAy department they are unresponsive even loan branch not able to contact PMAy department of chennai main branch
