Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — against axis bank bijapur branch for mismanagement of my account | |||
Respected sir / madam Whomsoever concerned This is regarding my axis bank account at bijapur branch, karnataka. I have an account registered in the name of doodlebug which is supposedly a movie making company. The account was under a scheme code which warranted a higher balance to be maintained in the account.in the month of april i had given an application to change the scheme code to be changed which would warrant a smaller balance to be maintained. I started losing my balance every month... Lost a total of 6000rs and i approached the branch with a querry regarding the same. The bank manager wasn't aware of any application being given to them and told me that it happened because the scheme code wasn't changed the account dint have sufficient balance. I told him regarding the application that i had given to change the scheme code. Later the manager made a querry with one of his subordinates who agreed that the application was given and the manager assured me that he would try to refund the deducted amount... However the next month again 2000 was deducted. Since then i have been visiting the local axis bank branch on a regular basis... Till date only 2000 rs have been refunded... Kindly do the needful...
