Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — credit card payment fraud by hdfc bank | |||
Dear sir/medam, There was a credit card outstanding due on my credit card ending with xxxx-1033. But the total amount was debited from my hdfc saving bank account on 15th dec 2018 by hdfc bank. But still i have not received any clearance letter from the hdfc bank authority. The hdfc credit card department from bangalore, simply ignoring my phone call and not coordinating with me and i feel it seems some third party of hdfc has making fraud with me. Kindly help me if my debited amount of inr 69686.47 has been went to hdfc bank authority in a legal way and if so, please issue me a clearance letter from the hdfc bank authority.
