Sir i have take a home loan from tata capital housing finance ltd of 3900000 in Feb 2019 for 20 years(242 months) i have paid 28 instalments according to me now pending instalments should be 214 but according to them my installments are 299 and now pending 5 emi amortization for last years they said its becouse of increase of rate of intrest but i said why are u increase my tenure please increase my monthly emi but the refused or take my pending 5 emi at a time .please help me .
