Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — Insurance Cancellation on property Request is not getting resolved even after the month

Hi,

Following is my concern:-

As I am having the property insurance of 90000rs on my Bajaj home loan account number - H402HHL0344469, I want to cancel this insurance from my home loan account, I don't want this insurance.

My issue is not getting resolved, still it is not resolved from bajaj team, they just saying it is in progress, i am following to bajaj since last month but i did not get any resolution from bajaj team, called multiple time and raised multiple request but problem is not resolved yet. Even though multiple request no response on my request yet, just sending me the SR id nothing else.
