Hi, This is regarding my Payzaap wallet of my wife. Initially HDFC didn't ask to provide any document to open account. Now she has some money in her payzapp wallet. She just want to use it in shopping but not able to do that because account is locked. I have raised a lots of complaint but the executive is saying that she must need to open account in HDFC bank to use her balance. It's clearly a fraud. How can they lock all transactions.
