Sir,
I have make a transaction of 3365 rupees on 1st january through internet banking but the amount is cut from my account and payment not done. So, i complaint to sbi customer care on 6th january and the complaint no. Is. Then on 10th january there is a call by mob. No.[protected] on my mobile no. [protected], caller told that i am from sbi and you have submitted a complaint on 6th january about transaction fail and tell some other details, so i believe on him and he ask my banking details so i tell him. And then he said for reverse transaction of your money we have to done a reverse transaction and for this you have to tell me a code that you receive on your mobile no. And then he empty my account and done two transaction of 3365 and a sum of 6730 /- rupees. Then i call sbi and tell about the matter. They tell that you become victim of online fraud. Please help me sir.
