Sir i have ordered a watch from amazon and returned it. They have refunded my amount but is not deposited in my bank account due to technical issues of the bank. Jan 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The amazon costomer care simply say to file the complain against rbi as they hai refunded the amount but due to technical problem of the bank server. Bank has taken so many days to resolve the, , and they already provide the reference no. To contact to the charge dispute form . the reference is 735848.
