Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — reg: fund transfer from facebook anniversary award by mr. thomas carrick on 12/04/2019

It is reported by mr. Thomas carrick and informed by the rbi vide their ref. No. Rbi/0a2/138061/2019, file no. Rbi/xustge837/f12/2019 that i have won the facebook anniversary charity award and a sum of rupees three crore forty lakh only has been deposited by above mr. Thomas carrick in my favor with you. For crediting the amount with my bank a/c. You have also advised me to pay rs. 27, 999.00 with a/c no. [protected] of mr. Saroj bai dhakad. Please inform me about the authenticity of the communication and the procedures i have to follow in this regard.
