Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — Sovereign Gold Bond - Allotment not done

I applied for subscription of 50 gm SGB (2020-21 series VI) and made payment of Rs.253350.00 through IBS vide reqid[protected] on 04.09.2020. However, it is more than a month and I am yet to receive the certificate in this regard.
I furnish the details as under

a) SGB Tranche in which investment was made : SGB Tranche VI of Apr to Sept 2020-21

b) PAN of investor : AFMPD9794D

c) Confirmation receipt received over e-mail from RBI : The following confirmation received from the Bank on my registered mobile number
"Ac XXXXXXXX01255225 Debited with Rs.253350.00,[protected]:37:57 thru IBS vide reqid[protected]. "
No other confirmation received.

d) Name of bank/post office/SHCIL/stock exchange through which investment was made (i.e. Full details of the Receiving Office) : PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, MODEL TOWN III

Please also find the attached file wherein online transaction made thru PNB Model Town, Delhi is shown as successful while no allotment of SGB has been made by RBI. I once again request you to allot me 50 gm SGB to me.
