Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — transaction failed but money debited | |
This was the mail sent to both sbi and bharat qr but no response I have mentioned my bank account from where 02 transactions were debited but not reimbursed even after the mail and a call to both parties. — forwarded message — From: saket sagdeo To: mb. [protected]@sbi.co.in Sent: saturday, march 2, 2019, 2:13:55 pm gmt+5:30 Subject: reimbursement of failed transaction at bharat qr Good afternoon I am saket sagdeo holding a savings bank account with sbi. Acc no [protected]. The transaction done was from sbi anywhere mobile app. Hide original message I had done three transactions on 30 jan 19 at bharat qr to recharge my tata sky id out of which two transactions failed. The amount was 735 twice total, 1470/- only. The transaction ids are as follows Qr 903014a00001,[protected] ₹735/- Qr 903014a00002,[protected] ₹735/- Neither has the amount been credited back to my account nor has it been remitted to that tat sky id.
