Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — Unethical behavior, harassment for repayment

I am filing a complaint against Bajaj Finance Ltd.
They have been harrassing me for the repayment of dues even when all my loans have been paid for.

Bajaj has charged with the overdue fess even after moratorium was issued.
They do not have the basic courtesy to talk to their customers.

Even after the loans being paid they do not have everything updated on their systems and harrassing for more money.

I hope this is looked into at the earliest.
