Welcome to Reserve Bank Of Bank (RBI), Online Foreign Exchange
Department (E-Banking/Online Wire Transfer Section). The total amount of
US $ 3. 9m (Three Million Nine hundred thousand dollars) from Mrs. Anna
E Felix, USA was transferred to your bank account by HSBC Bank USA in
United State Dollars, but your charity amount could not be credited in
your bank account because your bank account is not a Dollar
Account/Domiciliary Bank account. Your US $ 3. 9m (Three Million Nine
hundred thousand dollars) is ready for transfer to your bank account but
before we can proceed with the transfer, you need to know that your US $
3. 9m is in foreign currency and must be converted to India rupees
immediately before we can credit the funds in your bank account.

In accordance with Government of India and the monetary law guiding the
financial institutes in India, any conversion from one currency to
another, both incoming and outgoing will be charged a service tax on the
gross amount of currency exchanged as per the following slabs. – 0.14 %
of the gross amount of currency exchanged for an amount up to INR.

As per the Amendment of the Ministry of Finance Vide Notification No.
03/2012 dated 17th March 2012, Service Tax on Foreign Exchange must be
paid before the transfer of your US $ 3. 9m (Three Million Nine hundred
thousand dollars) from Mrs. Anna E Felix to your bank account can
Commence. We need to convert Your Total amount of $ 3. 9m USD from Mrs.
Anna E Felix USA to Indian Rupees. To carry out this conversion
procedure, you need to pay Registration and Foreign Currency Exchange
fees of Rs.23, 599 INR.

This is a mandatory Fee which is Refundable. As soon as conversion is
done, we will transfer your US $ 3. 9m (Three Million Nine hundred
thousand dollars) to your bank account within one hour.
