Residence — payment through ecs, rr no. s-205120 in s1 sub-division

I, the undersigned padmanabha. B. K, is using bwssb water at my residence at # 521. Krishnakrupa, 13th cross, 8th main. Isro layout, bengaluru-560111, with rr no. S-205120 in s1 sub-division for the last 25 years and had been paying the charges for the same regularly by cash till march 2018. I submitted ecs form duly signed by me and authorized by malleswaram co-op bank ltd (Mcbl), malleswaram to bwssb, s-1 division at banagiri, bangalore in march 2018 to start from the month of april-2018. Accordingly, charges for the consumption of cauvery water was being paid by mcbl from april-2018 onwards till sept-2018. From oct-2018 onwards, money has not been deducted from my account at mcbl. This i also did not monitor, as at any moment of the month, there was no shortage of fund with my bank account. To my surprise, i received water bill dt[protected] to pay arrears amount of rs 2535/- on enquiry with bwssb, banagiri office, i was told that mcbl did not pay the money from oct-2018 itself and on enquiry from mcbl, i was informed that, bank has not received any instructions from bwssb to pay the money. Anyhow, i have paid the water bill dt[protected] by cash. I do not know what to do further whether ecs will be working in future or not.

For your information, i am having one house at srirampuram, bangalore-21 (Under n-1 sub-divn) also using bwssb water and the same mcbl is authorized to pay ecs towards bwssb bill and there was no problem with this ecs for the last 20 years till today. This is for your kind info.

I attached herewith the xerox copy of my mcbl bank account statement from[protected] till[protected] and copy of water bill for march-2019.

Now i request your goodself to kindly suggest me what to do further. Please do the needful for the same.
