Residential Area — sewage water released on the road

Dear sir,

I am sivakumar kannan from the address plot no 26, door no 9/162, nagalakshmi nagar, 1st street, sithalapakkam, chennai 600126. Phone number [protected].

My opposite houes is a flat with 6 families. They are letting the sewage water on the road. Date 26/1/2018 time 2.50 pm. Picture attached.

This will lead to several health hazards to us and other residents in this area.

Request you to take immediate action and put penalty (A fine) to the house owner so that he takes action to clear this and doesn't repeat this crime.
