Revenue Workers — misinformation

Recently i called revenue canada concerning my gst.
The lady i spoke to said she couldn't provide me any information for the wrong address was given.
I hunged up on her for my call started by me saying i got the notice of assessment in the mail. How can she say there's wrong address provided when i got the notice of assessment at my address

Anyways as of this date july 15 2017 i havent recieved my july gst.
I ask that this be brought forward as a seriouse concern.
