Richfeel — hair treatment not started need refund

I went to powai richfeel clinic on 17th march as i was facing severe hair fall. They suggested to go with tst treatment. I paid rs 20, 850. They gave me shampoo, mineral tablets & oil. They asked me to come after 2 days to start with the treatment but immediately post that lockdown started and i never had gone for even one setting it’s been 4 months i’m using shampoo and oil but no improvement i could see. As i have not even started with treatment so i would need refund of my amount as not even a single setting is done. I need the response on this before i escalate it.
