Dear Sir/Madam, My Name is Dharam Singh Bhandari I'm a Relationship Manager at ICICI BANK LTD new delhi. and I'm your Existing patient since 5 years, I'm using your hair system from so many times.i already used Four hair system in this Five years. as well as I recently ordered /purchased Two mono plus system ( Before lock down) from your Noida up clinic it Suggested by Your hair Dresser Mr. Khursheed Alam .i already paid 48000/- for the same.But due to some skin related problems I don't need this both mono plus hair system. I want Refund my money as soon as possible. kindly do the needful .it will great help for me. Both systems are in your clinic. I did not received. So request you to please do the needful for the same. I already sent you email so many times. I already contacted your Noida Clinic where I purchased this mono plus hair system but they suggest me for customer care email but no any response from your customer care email. Request you to please cancel my said hair system and refund my money as soon as possible. Because I can't use it due to some skin problems.
