Myself gaurav nangia customer of richfeel at oshiwara andheri west membership no rfh-172 been richfeel customer more then 10 years using your products on daily basis have also taken anagrow treatment and taken full course of 24 bottle of saw palmetto capsules had a bad experience at the time of lockdown.
I had placed home delivery order with richfeel website on 9th may for shampoo worth rs 625. Attached screenshot of chat and order i'd.
Order id - pg[protected] would like to bring to your notice there was total mid management by your customer service team whom i spoke and chat with.. They assured me i will get richfeel product with gst bill but when i received the scalp cleaner with saw palmeto shampoo bottle was jus wrapped with paper packing with no gst bill inside. I have paid amount of rs 625 which includes gst then why i wasn't given bill at the time of delivery.. Being trusted brand as i always see at your clinic if you don't get the bill your order is free of charge.. Request u to please look in to it. Shall be highly thankful to u.
