My name is asad hasnain and mobile no is [protected]. If there is any no below zero, i would rate richfeel below zero. Pathetic service being provided I decided to purchase hair system in apr 17 which was to be fixed in may 17 in gurgaon branch. For getting this fixed, i had to run from pillar to post to get their confirmation. They cancelled the gurgaon appointment and asked me to travel from gurgaon to gk and them asked me to visit lajpat nagar branch. They don't have any concept of customer delight... Quite rude The matter doesnt end here. Now i booked a week in advance for the haircut and got confirmation for 17th at dlf branch. The 17th appointment got cancelled and i was told that this will be done on 18th june. Today i am told to visit vasant vihar branch, delhi and travel 40 kms from gurgaon Am i a fool Pls refund my money and i dont want to have any service from richfeel.
