Richfeel Trichology Centre — pathetic service in patna, bihar

Dear sir

My name is sagar saurabh, and i used non surgical treatment of rich feel after being influenced by your name and services in patna branch, however my experience has not been worthy of my trust with your brand.

I got the system installed on 24th nov'19 and since it was done at that time only i was not comfortable with the kind of work it was done and even the pasting was not up to the mark as the dresser was in extreme hurry to catch the bus in evening. At the beginning, he was not even ready for doing it but after when i insisted he got ready for trying it and then what all he did is mentioned below

1. After the installation in the evening, when my hair went dry and i was combing, lot of hairs were coming out, it's the same day story.

2. Next day in the morning when i woke up, i found that system seems to be coming out after which i escalated to kanchan khan and dresser both for which ms. Kanchan said she is taking the guarantee for the quality and dresser suggested for using gel along with serum which i had purchased from rich feel. May be because o[censored]neasiness i was feeling

3. I went to a wedding of a very close friend in jamshedpur and on 1st dec situation was so bad that the pasting had gone from one side and from other sides it could hold

4. On 4th dec when i woke up in the morning i found that the system was only attached from the back and it had come out from all sides

5. Throughout these days i used to find it very difficult while combing as lot of hair use to come out everyday. After headbath system seems to be coming out every day. Lot of itching happens in the scalps may be because of sweating head i have.

On 4th dec, wednesday, your local office in patna is closed and i cannot visit there so had to keep the system aside and i have no options left but to say i was never told about such challenges ever and it's only 10 days of purchase out of my 1 year subscription which seems to be useless
5. On 5th i again went to your centre and a temporary pasting was done through adhesive but again while i am writing it to you it has already come out

Trust me i have never felt so much of embarrassment in my life without hair and feel like not going out and meeting anyone after such a huge humiliation post the service taken from richfeel

I have taken out the system completely. If this is how you guys are providing service, i am sorry to say but i don't want to continue with your services and hence i need 100% refund on this...

This was very bad experience with Richfeel at Bhadarkar road of illiterate employee Preeti swap the transaction of ₹32, 000 instead of ₹3, 200 When we are calling to her every time she handover the phone to unknown people.
