Richfeel Trichology Centre — They asked me to pay for treatment and after payment no treatment given

I have paid richfeel an amount of 70k for treatment. After anagrow session I got bad scalp condition after which they have only asked me to do many tests and consult dermatologists and now its been more than a year. No treatment and no response from them.
