Richfeel Trichology Centre — unethical behaviour against cancellation of treatment on medical ground

This is to inform you that I visited Richfeel Sadashivnagar centre (Bangalore) on 30/07/17. After due consultation with doctor, I have shown my willing ness to carry out the treatment but it was told that I need to consult with my family. They insisted to submit my documents and paid partial feel to avail running discount offer, which I reluctantly agree with the confirmation from doctor (based on his onward discussion with senior) that in case I say no they will refund paid amount and cancel loan application. I submitted my refund request on 5th Aug to Richfeel Sadashivnagar centre (Bangalore) of paid fee i.e. 15, 135/- on 30/07/2017 and cancellation of Loan request with Bajaj Capital, however same was not responded and no action was taken. There after also repeated reminders and telecommunications were done but no action was taken and keep on appraising me that same will refunded soon (telephonically).
On 2nd September, 1st Instalment of rs. 12, 500 was also deducted from my account, which was surprise for me because I have not received any information whether or not my documents was submitted to Bajaj.
After all insistent, on 19th September, I have received an email from Richfeel Sadashivnagar centre (Bangalore) that "We already forwarded your request from our end to our HO soon we will update you for the same", however till date no response even I have spoken with Mr. Soumik, ASM Bangalore also but no positive response.
Now they are not even picking my phone.
I have spoken with Bajaj people also and they advised that need cancellation letter and refund of money from Richfeel to close this loan.
Next instalment is due on 2nd Oct 2017 therefore I would request you to intervene in this matter immediately and act accordingly to protect brand name of richfeel.
