Riddhi Siddhi Multi Services Private Limited — fake loan offers

I filed the loan application with this company on 12 Aug’ 17 of amount 2.5lac
still there is no update
as they said i have paid Rs. 7000 as a processing fee and even a security deposit amount of Rs.25, 000...
Still 4 months ago there is no update from the company...
staff is not responding...
from 4 months staffs are saying the same that they will call within 2mins...
each and everyday i try to call them but there is no response...
Atlast i got frustrated and send a cancellation request my mail on 15 Dec
still there is no reply from the company..
they send to send the cancellation request physically...
even i have sent the cancellation request physically but they are not refunding my security deposit amount...
within 2-3 days i will lodge a police complaint as well as complaint it to cyber crime branch...
