I have booked pacakge for my family and after they increased rates due to which they asked me to pay additional amount and i refused and asked to cancel my trip and refund my amount
They didnt stick on their cancelation policy and i incurred loss ofrs. 12000 and then when i browse for this company i found many people are suffering
