[Resolved]  Rim — service is blocked(outgoing calls and incoming)

dear sir, today suddenly my no is blocked, as i m calling to any no its responding "TO RESUME YOUR SERVICE CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE" . Even i m not able to call customer care from my blocked no i.e. [protected]. when i calld customer care from my another reliance no the r also not able to help me. they r just harassing and saying that my no has no prob. 1st i called to cust care they replied that "we have registered ur complaint" then 2nd time they said that there is no issue on ur no 3rd time they replied that we dnt see rim no facilities so contact rim customer care. this means that first two times they just harrrased me. This no is very imp to me and i wd like u to request to resume my no asap. this no is registered to my masi's name i.e. MADHABI KURMI regards, dharam veer singh asansol 713303
