The return product has been collected from me, paid money has not been refunded and i dint receive my ordered exchange product as well. I have been calling the number given since long time. This black and white dress is torned from back. Also d color is not proper white its cream. I had shopped first time from this website and i had a awful experience. I was not expecting this. I had talk with vinay, for returning the product. They are just giving excuses for refunding money. Rather they will tell about the return policy. This is fraud company. No e-commerce website give such policy to customer. They are giving us the credit points of refundable amount. I will suggest to all, not to shop from rimyrah. I have lost my 1870/- in that.
