My AWB number is [protected] and I got a an absurd custom duty invoice today of INR 5400 on items that are of value 6200. ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR GOD DAMN MINDS? I called and asked for the invoice which they never provided when they sent the dumb bill of 5400. I asked them why am I being charged as a company. When I am an individual. My assessable value was determined to be over 9000 so they pretty much included the shipping price that I paid 45 usd to get a smoother service in the invoice and charged me custom on that too. My shipment arrived in India on the 24th oct and this message was sent on the 6th November. I just have called 100 times sent countless KYC documents and then finally one person helped me and got my matter fixed. And you had the audacity to charge 1200 warehouse charge? My invoice bill said 4200 and I was asked for 5400? Are you going to extort money like this from people who are already feeling helpless because of your miserable KYC process? I have absolutely no interest in paying this obscene amount and will gladly make sure I take this issue up with my bank when you the dumb parcel back to the support and get my money out of them and shoot them a nasty mail asking them to dump your Thief of a company with countless hidden charges.
