FRAUD Service center

They are really frauds.. I went thr for servicing one of my feature phone(that was not under warranty), the problem was due to a physical damage in SIM slot. Before to that, I checked with a local shop, they said they can fix it for 500 bucks. But I am shocked to hear that, RKR Infocom needs 2500 bucks for fixing it and they wanted to replace the entire motherboard(SIM slots can be easily replace in feature phones). Even they charged 100...

Beware of Fraud Samsung Mobile Service Centre

I am a Samsung Electronics employee, and I beg to warn you of fraud Service Centres in Bangalore, like RKR INFOCOM, who claim to be 'authorized' but will definitely rip you off a heavy sum of money for no big problem in your phone, and you won't even know it!

I purchased a Galaxy S3 couple of months back for personal use. Last week during heavy rains in Bangalore, my phone caught moisture, and the 'back'...
