Rks Motor / Saboomaruti.in — Regarding my additional (second) smart key
Dear Saboo Maruti i would like to inform you regarding my second key of vitara Breeza of vehicle Reg.No.TS09 EM9785 was purchased from your saboo Maruti, kompally branch, Secunderabad with the allotment issue of second key availability in other show room. The vehicle was purchased in the year 2021 (December) & it was a Demo vehicle of your company & it was transferred in my name i.e. Gaddam Ravinder Reddy on the above said period. As the payment done by me they delivered the vehicle along with that they promised me to provide the second smart key as soon as possible, as the days passed there's no response from your saboo Maruti kompally branch i called them regarding the key as they were not showing interest nor proper response i told them this is not the correct as you have promised me to provide the extra key but till today the key was not provide as i am very much suffering on behalf of single key, kindly help me in this matter & do needful for my complaint. For your reference i recorded the sales executive voice on behalf of providing the second with out fail. Failure of fullfill such promises will loss faith & a bad reputation occur to your company & if the company is not going to take interest iam going to appeal in the consumer court with all the evidence of record presence with me.
