Rkt bus a/c sleeper

Complaint : the bus driver or conductor has not stopped properly in a point for passenger's refreshment for atleast half hour in between 8 hrs of travel. They didn't inform us as they were stopped at a point and when we asked it, they replied back as they could only allow 10 mins for passenger's refreshment that too without any intimation. They took the bus and moved when a passenger was paid for a tea and waited nearby. We didn't use restroom until we reach destination point. Was this information helpful? |
