I have ordered redmi note 7pro which was of 13k but jia sharma named girl mssged me and said that i should pay booking amount to her via paytm and then rest of 12500 rs after delivery. So on that day i have received one chinese phone itel a44 which is of 5600.. I complained regarding this to them they said that they will refund my money till 20th april but now there phones are switched off.. I want to get refund my money as early as possible... I am from Hyderabad I have ordered a redmi note 7 pro it cost about 140000 but they sent me a Micromax mobile it cost is 5000.but they given me a refund dates but there is no refund to me so pls take an immediate action on them
