[Resolved] Rnq Solutions Gujarat — fraud online form filling company-extorting amount from applicants | |
One lady komal from above bogus company called me and told me they offer online form filling jobs at rs20 per form and 1000 forms will be sent and minimum target s to fill in 900 forms n 10 days failing which panalty of rs5200 is to be paid and 90%accuracy s allowed and also they will deduct rs5200 from the salary of rs20000 if 1000 forms filled n 10days with 90%accuracy-i told her i cant accept penalty amount and she connected me to call verification person who asked whether i have own pc n home and told me above details and immeadiately after which they mailed me photoshop copy of legal agreement and acceptance letr and voice recording and said i have to pay if i cancel i have to pay utility charges rs5200/- i said i am not interested and they said i have to pay rs5200 towards utility charges etc — komal-[protected]&form filling verification — [protected]&[protected] rnq solutions gujarat no address given-all above so called legal agreement, acceptance letter, etc are fake and not having my signature Was this information helpful? | |

Is consumer complaint department takes any payment for solving this issue
On 22nd October, 2019 one boy Ajay Kumar called me from RNQ Company and offered me to do the form filling job. I asked him the proper address and details of the company but he first told me to take picture of my ID proof nd then whtsaap him, I thought they will give me the company details but later I received mail(photo of legal agreement, acceptance letter and voice recording) and call verification from RNQ solutions. I also have asked them to show demo work, they gave me the form which was actually filled with foreign named, street, Gmail address etc. Those demos are looking fishy. They offered me to fill 1000 forms(cut of form 900) in 10days, per form 20rs. If there is no 90% accuracy then they will charge me the amount of 5200 rs.
Today, 23rd October, 2019 I came to know about the consumer forum site, so I launche this complain against that fraudulent company. As the company has no accurate address, proforma and the so called legal documents, acceptance copy are not not having my signature.
Am attaching all those phone nos. And mail screen shot as a proof. I request the consumer forum to take the legal step against the fake company and I'am not gonna accept further call or mail from that company.

sir were u working with them or did u also receive these mails and then u did this coz they r harassing me alot
Same RNQ solutions called me.They offer part time form filling job.. and i agreed to do the work and i came to know that the company is fraud with the help of consumer complaints.. the address are not real..so i decided to cancel the agreement. Bt they are asking me to pay the cancellation feed. Bt my executive said that i dont have to pay any amount for that unfinished work . But they are asking to pay money. They are betryaing me now. Please help me to solve ther prblm.. plsssss
I got a call from this company and due to my severe health issues I could not complete the work and I had a word with their customer executive that I couldn't complete this and she said okay and her name is Neha shaik .But from the verification department I got a call to pay 4900 to cancel my job or else they said the procedures will be in a legal way .As mentioned in the complaint forum it was a fraud company and I was not knowing that before.Please sir help me out to get rid of this and resolve my issue

sir i also received the call form this company i didnt accept the offer from the lady in the last i received a call she said do u want to do this, i didnt accept it but still i get the acceptance letter and the agreement clause and rest of documents. what should i do now sir plz look inthis matter

Ye hi mere sath huaa hai phle esa kuch ni bataya ki aapko 6000 rupee dene honge apni jeb se agr work pura nhi huaa tb or jese hi 7th day aaya mesz aane suru ho gaye ki 6000 rupee do varna company aap pr legal action kregi

So I’ve been sending them emails to revert back. They never sent an email, and now they called and they put a penalty of Rs 8, 200 then now when I was googling, I got to know that it’s a fraud company. And they also asked me a quitting charges of 18, 980. If I had that much money. Would I be even looking for a job?
