Rns Motors — I am complaining about my vehicle RTO permanent registration | |||
Dear sir, I had purchased a vehicle from you, temporarily registered Friday[protected]. I purchased my vehicle for to use hospitalisation my house hold people's. Before purchasing your salesman/girl/manager know it very well. Also I urged to give my vehicle after permanent registration, but staff convinced me to get registered later. I also tried on phone since from 15 days. But staff says E-payment not able to do, we will call you soon. After my personal visit to your office staff says, that your last date is on 11th December 2020 will call you within time. Also I tried from since 2 days so many times on phone call, some time not picked phone call, finally today I again requested to your staff, reply is again will call you within Half hour. After never called me or not my Phone call recieved. Your some clerical staff are simply pass their time. Whatever loosing the company will loose good name due to irresponsibility staff. I Will not pay penalties on road police or RTO late fees. Also I am not able to drive without permanent registration because of insurance risks. Now can you made any arrangements for my hospitality visiting? Please make arrangements to get my vehicle permanent registration. Also your Accessories sales girl was not fulfilled the commitments.
