Roca India / Parryware — Parryware commode

We had installed a parryware - Amigo Commode in December 2019. unfortunately within 10 months the hinges of the lid has broken and the lid does not perform the function of soft close
have registered a complaint through wats app number a month back but everytime i call, i am being told that parts are not available

Very Bad Quality 1 Year Se Wrong Information De rahe hai. Meri complaint mein koi Work nahi ho raha hai. Yaha Tak ki phone bhi nahi utha rahe hai.
