Roca India / Parryware — service under warranty period | |||
I have called the parry ware customer care for serving the verve w/h closet product for my home which covers under 2 years warranty period but they charged rs 830 for replacing the outlet spare by friendly services authorised parryware service provider for chennai region and i was surprised and asked manager mr vijay ([protected]) why we should pay when it covers under warranty period and he said it is the policy of parryware co to collect the cost for all spares which does not covers under warranty period so by experiencing the inadequate service i strongly recommend please don’t go for this parryware product at any cost. How disgusting company & core team members. Here I'm from Nepal.Its being 2 month billing from Indore for jp products, but till today's date I haven't got the products which I billed.
