My self heet bathani from junagadh, gujarat. I'm using roca urinal censor from 1 and half year. Bt it doesn't work last from 4 months. Warranty will be expired in october. I registered lots of complian nd send my warranty card bt still i didn't get any reply from them, they always give one ans that our technician will visit ur place shortly. Still no one is come to visit our place. I already send photos of censor.

Got a brand new mixer first fix quality was so poor that the turning knob became hard and stop functioning effectively after 4 months now it is comoletely stopped functioning. Not able to reach any of the service team as the listed numbers on website is not valid. How hopeless this group is become
