I have made a bulk purchase on 17/05/2017. One of the western closet in not working properly and I have made a complaint CCH10061752 for the same. I have made similar complain on http://www.parryware.in/contact/contact/customer-enquiry. The replacement product id still delayed. Please tell whether you can replace or not, so that I can look for alternative.

Hi,
My vitreous single piece toilet flesh tank is not working and 2in one wall angle is also not working. One wall angle of the wash basin is also not working. products are under warranty
