Last month i contacted ro care customer care for servicing my ro uv uf water purifer (3rd march 2019), they send executive mr. Shabbir - [protected] his contact # [protected]. He came and damaged my water purifier after charging rs: - 3000/- rupees. He changed the water filters however he do not have proper knowledge in servicing of water purifier they removed all the connections and adjusted them, when he was handling the purifier i observed that he is not skilled person. After 1 month (2nd april 2019) water purifier totally damanged and stopped working. When i contacted the customer care executive didn't responded properly and again he mentioned that i need to pay charges like a new customer.
