[Resolved] Rocking Deals — empty bluetooth earphone box received | |||||
I had placed an order for the below: Jbl t110bt pure bass wireless in-ear headphones with mic (Blue) open box 3 months rd warranty Order #34002 The tracking was shared by rd and the package was sent by shadowfax. On opening the package we were shocked to find that the box was empty and no bluetooth earphones. When we contacted the support number in their website we were directed to call another mobile number. When called the lady on the other end was demanding that we should have recorded a video while opening???. When i persisted that the problem was at their end she was not ready to accept. Then she suggested that i send the pictures of the package to their support mail. Even after 48 hrs what i got was a acknowledgement reply that they will check. I had purchased a bose soundbar and subwoofer worth 75000 a year back from rocking deals trusted them. Lesson learnt not to buy from these type of online portals.
