I purchased Royal En-field from below showroom on 24th November 2017

paid ~5500 for accessories and within my second service, i noticed that rider bag damaged black color paint of my new bike. On top of that all iron of bag got damaged with rust too.
I mentioned these points to service engineer on second service and he requested to mention these to sales team. I met them and it was promised that paint related problem will be fixed with third service (unfortunately it was verbal communication & i dont have call recording or written proof). I handed over my bag (damaged with rust) to them and said that--please get this replaced too as it's of very poor quality.
Now during my third service, they refused to even consider my bike for service and guided me to go to new service station. New service station told that it's sales related problem. Now i spent huge amount to buy my dream bike and such things are hurting me. Poor quality bag which damaged my bike paint too was provided to me by charging hefty amount on 24th November 2017. I am helpless to get the things fixed and loosing trust on associated showrooms for sales & services.
i reached to customer care on 31st May and yet to receive a response from their end,
