On 18th aug/2019, i got very arrogant response at paragon service center staff.
When we called them as there response around 12:30 pm to confirm to take my bike for servicing. Paragon service center girl told my wife that yes we can come by 1:30 pm our service center keep open till 2:30 pm. According we have reached by 1:35 pm. When i reached at service center pickup guy name pratek told us that no we can't take bike as we are already closed and no service eng available now. He went to speak service desk girl. She told him that we can do bike serving but pratek keeps forcing her to accept that we can't take bike after 1 pm until she accepted in front of the customer.
When i went to check with manager (Raj). Pratek came there as well to explain him in his favor. And manager not at all show interest in customer to listen him. No one bother to apologies for there internal staff miss communication. Which causes unnecessary visit to service center.
Is this the way paragon service center staff interacts with their customers?
That makes big question for me as a customer to visit to paragon service center from next time onward..
After lots of people opposing to purchasing and servicing my dream bike from paragon tradors, i still purchased and taking bike regularly for servicing at paragon traders.
Paragon tradors management must teach their staff of service center to teach how to accept if someone from your side give wrong commitments, neither to show and feel your customers like they are speaking lie with you.
Sorry to say, but i am very much disappointed with the behavior of the customers of paragon tradors service center staff specially pratek or praveen, customer calling for servicing girl and raj.
