I have booked a bike online with a customized one. In the receipt I've got from RE, the uncertain delivery time is 17th July.
In between, I got the call from the Dealer(M.R Motors, Ooty) sales person that the bike had arrived at the showroom.
However, I've requested to send the picture of the bike and realized there is the missing component of personalized badge of my son's name.
For that, I've raised a complaint as below,
Sales have been registered with the ID :CAS[protected]H7F2K8, Dated[protected]:39.
The last update from the dealer is that the bike will be delivered today[protected]. However, there is no update about the delivery on the prior date.
I have tried to reach the sales person and he simply ignored my call.
I would like to raise a series concern about this approach from both RE and MR Motos.
I woud like to escalate this as a serious issue and it is really annoying me becuase the booking amount was 20000 and it is non refundable.
I request Government of India to help me in this regard to sort the issue asap.
