Royal Enfield — chain sprocket teeth broken, royal enfield classic 350 | |||||
I bought my royal enfield bike on may 2017 and covered a distance of 9000kms. I found that the teeth are broken for rear sprocket. I do my bike service with all recommended procedures as per manual. Why should they provide a low quality items for a bike which cost around 1.80 lakh... Low cost bikes even has better standard... Even the kick start lever system is faulty, i am not sure how they can spoil the name of a legend company by providing sub_standard products. I recommend others to not buy re, i was a core fan of re and bought it even if the cost was high. The service center is not good and they don't care about our complaints as they have many vehicles in queue for servicing. The response is too bad and they handle our bike carelessly.
