Royal Enfield — chassis crack in royal enfield electra 2013 | |||
I have the 2013 royal enfield electra and the chassis got cracked on the left side beside the engine mount. I saw this at the royal enfield showroom when i was getting my bike regular servicing done and the royal enfield showroom manager is saying that i will have to replace the whole chassis on my own cost. My bike have never met with any accident and very rarely used bike this is surely a manufacturing quality issue. The showroom mechanics has requested me to get the chassis welded as i will have to replace the whole chassis. I got it welded but i am not sure if it will last as the total bike weight will be on the chassis and i am afraid of getting into an accident now. I am totally disappointed with royal enfield questions quality and service. Was this information helpful? | |||
