Royal Enfield — classic 500 stealth black model delivered with a tyre puncture after service from dca to chennai showroom

I got my vehicle picked up from my place of work for service at the DCS Royal Enfield showroom Chennai, by the staff. Upon delivery I have been given my bike with rear tyre punctured. Even though I have received my bike after service in the same day, the bike is not in a condition to be used now. The officials were not of help in fixing the issue.

The way the responsibility is to taken by the officials are not the way which is supposed to be. From 6:00 pm I have been kept waiting for the delivery.
