Royal Enfield — Classic desert storm 500cc starting problem.

I purchased classic desert storm from Solitaire Automotive noida sector 63 on 2/10/2016. My bullet number is UP14CZ7907 From very first day i am facing starting problem in my new bullet. I am not able to start my bullet from kick starter. I usually spent half an hour to make it start from kick starter but always failed. I told Solitaire Automotive owner many times regarding this issue but they are not able to resolve it. Please look into this issue.

My cluster instrument in tb 350 connected digital speedometer wire is not working I hvave to replace that part I have asked tures motors Hyderabad but they have 2015 wire I n want 2016 wire
